Located in Westfield, Massachusetts, and serving the greater Springfield area, Westfield Gardens for Nursing and Rehabilitation is more than a care facility; it’s a close-knit community where comfort, trust, and compassion guide everything we do.
Our staff is deeply rooted in the local community, with many team members having called this area home for years. Our leadership works right here in the building, not in some distant office, which means decisions are made with heart and firsthand understanding.
Because of our smaller size, residents are never just a name on a list. Everyone here is known by caregivers, by neighbors, and by visiting families. This intimacy allows us to offer truly individualized care with a strong sense of connection.
Our services cover a wide range of needs, from post-surgical and orthopedic recovery to joint replacement rehabilitation and fall prevention. We provide IV antibiotic therapy, pain management, cardiac and stroke recovery, enteral therapy, tracheostomy care, respite and hospice services, and access to specialty physicians. Whatever your needs, we are here with skill and heart.
Vision Statement
We are dedicated to meeting the clinical, functional, psychosocial, and emotional needs of our residents. By challenging our caregivers to provide innovative health care services and pursuing more effective ways of treating our residents, we believe our residents through personal initiative and encouragement by others can attain the highest quality of life possible. Our caregivers will be treated fairly and encouraged to learn and develop their own individual skills as a vital part of our health care team. We strive to instill in each caregiver a commitment to our residents and encourage them to participate and assist in the continual evolution of innovative health care services and practices. We will follow sound business practices built upon integrity and long-term financial responsibility.
